Scheduled maintenance on Premium DNS

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing, you with the most reliable and secure services, we are upgrading our Premium DNS infrastructure to a brand-new, faster, and more resilient platform.

When is the migration happening? The migration of existing Premium DNS orders to the new platform is scheduled across two days:

• Wednesday, June 17, 2026
• Thursday, June 18, 2026

The exact migration process for each individual domain will take approximately 2 hours to complete within this two-day window.

What you need to know: During this transition, your website and emails will remain online and will continue to resolve normally. However, to ensure a seamless migration, please be aware of the following:

DNS Management Locked During Migration: To prevent data loss, the ability to add, edit, or delete DNS records will be temporarily disabled while your specific domain is actively being migrated.

Refrain from making changes 48-Hour post migration: Once your domain migration is complete and access is restored, we strongly advise you to refrain from making any DNS changes for the following 48 hours. This allows the new infrastructure to fully sync and propagate globally. Modifications made during this 48-hour window may be overwritten, lost, or experienced severe delays.

Automatic Nameserver Updates: If your domain is currently using our existing Premium DNS nameservers, we will automatically update them to point to the new platform infrastructure during the migration. No manual action is required from you, and this change will not cause any downtime for your website.

What to expect after the upgrade: Once the migration and propagation window are complete, you will have access to a completely redesigned, user-friendly Premium DNS management interface directly within your control panel.
