Email Delivery Issue on Google Workspace

Dear Customer,

As part of resolving the ongoing email delivery issue for Google Workspace services, we request you to ensure that your domain has SPF, DKIM, and DMARC properly configured as per email sending guidelines.

If these records are already in place, we recommend regenerating the DKIM record.

Steps to generate/regenerate DKIM:

Log in to the Admin Console: https://admin.google.com Navigate to Apps → Google Workspace → Gmail Go to Authenticate Email Click on Generate New Record

Please update the generated TXT record in your domain’s DNS panel. Once updated, allow 4–6 hours for DNS propagation to complete.
