The reported issue is resolved now and we have enabled port 8443 in all our windows shared servers. You can use https://serverip:8443 to login to the Plesk panel.

We are currently facing issues in accessing Plesk on our Shared Windows servers. We suggest you to use port 8880 to access Plesk meanwhile.

In the meantime the Plesk password change option shall not be working from customer panel. You can use the current password to access Plesk.
