Dear Customers,
We want to inform you about an ongoing issue affecting email forwarded to Gmail addresses.
What is happening: Gmail has recently enforced stricter email security policies. Due to these policies, emails forwarded from our servers to Gmail addresses are being rejected. As a result, forwarders that point to Gmail are currently not functioning as expected.
Why this is happening: When emails are forwarded through our platform, certain authentication checks may not align with Gmail’s updated requirements. Gmail is now rejecting such forwarded messages, which impacts all hosting providers sending forwarded mail to Gmail.
What we are doing: Our engineering and email infrastructure teams are actively working on long-term remediation options. Because this is tied to Gmail’s enforcement policies, resolution may take time.
Recommended action: Until a permanent solution is in place, we strongly recommend using a non-Gmail email address as the destination for your email forwarders.
We will provide updates through this announcement as more information becomes available.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
